He's not only with us in the valley, he's active in the vall

 I've been reading through Genesis lately, and as I read about Joseph in captivity the Lord spoke to my heart.  Throughout this passage (Genesis 39) God shows that he is not simply allowing Joseph to walk through the struggle of being thrown in prison after being falsely accused.  God is active throughout Joseph's time in captivity and God is showing his goodness and kindness in so many ways.
